Default PT11HD surrender not working on ilok

So far the upgrade to PT11HD has been far from smooth.
I know of the problems that PACE has, but I don't know weather it's been resolved yet.

I can not get the PT HD 11 license transfered to my ilok.
The PT HD 10 bundle is greyed out (with grey flag) and PT HD 11 bundle is shown with a blue flag. Both are present on my ilok account.

However, when I show details and try to complete the license surrender I get "one or more licenses to surrender cannot be found in your account".

Please help.

So, I thought I'd found quick work around and got a 30 day trial for PT11HD.

Got all the way through to "Congratulation, Pro Tools 11 has been activated!"

Next screen though says:

"Activation Error - Pro Tools 11
This software cannot be run because the activation experience thinks the authorisation was found, but the wrapper could not verify it".

Not that "Pro" is it...?

Have you done this :

- shut down > restart
- unplug all iloks
- launch ILM and log into acct > let the process of logging in finish / be patient
- plug in ilok
- sync repair ilok

Is the license on your ilok ? which one ? trial or permanent ?
Is the surrendered license still there with the grey flag ?

Yes have done it once. Will do again.

The licenses are all on my account - not on my ilok. Both full and permanent.
Yes, surrendered are with grey flag.

Oh, and now of ofc I cant open PT10HD, so I'm on serious down time.

Hi,

So it looks like PT10HD is on an ilok 1 so that should work still.

Maybe try removing all iloks from computer, then try trashing all pace/ilok/interlock prefs from user/library/prefs

reboot, repair permission.

re-install new ilok manager. plug ilok 1 with PT10HD and see if PT10HD will load?

Also run the installer for 10.3.6 (Just forget about 11 for now till you get 10HD back)

So, tried what thou suggested - no luck.

I the user/library folder I got through ALT+"GO"-menu.
I didn't find any pace/ilok/interlock folders, in the preferences folder, but I trashed everything with ilok, pace or interlock in the name.

When I open ILM it shows me that there's 376 licenses on the ilok. Until I log in - there's then 0 licenses on the ilok (called "Boes big ilok").

I've attached a new screenshot of ILM.

Oh, tried to put the ilok in my laptop and install ILM there. Could get to sign in. Screendump attached.
