Default MP3 Option Not sounding good

With the MP3 option, I am finding the MP3 output on the bounce much "harsher" than running it separately.

Something is wrong because it isn't the same run separately.

Its not encoding right even at 320. I hate MP3 anyway, but when the band is 3000 miles away and its your only option for quick listen.
