Ordering a PSU for Control 24

Dear DigiTechSupt,

I'm writing from Japan regarding dead fader issues on my Control [24. Avid in Tokyo just emailed me and wrote: "The PSU has to be replaced in order to fix the problem but we don't have the part any more."

Can we order a PSU for Control 24 from you in the USA?

I was sent this email an hour ago: "Thanks for your email.
We only have English version of this instruction for PSU replacement. The document is not localized in Japanese and our technicians had to deal with it in English. I think it's not that difficult to read since there are bunch of pictures in the manual.

For the replacement PSU, you may be able to get it shipped from the ARC in the States.
Please refer to the following site for the list of ARC in the States.".
