So, I bought the big version and it works just fine. I found a lot of plugins I had forgot to update, and it also offer a look into the future. I spy that there is an incoming 2.5 upgrade to the Softube plugins, but more interesting than that, there is FINALLY an update coming to all the avid plugins. They will jump from 18.10 to 22.2 as indicated by the attached file. Can we even expect an exiting update to Pro Tools this winter? Let us pray.

I can't get the free version to scan my AAX Plugin Folder. I can only assume you need the paid Pro Version to scan the AAX Folder correct?

After reading this thread I went and bought it immediately, it works really well and I’m very pleased. So many plugins out-of-date, and I consider myself to be quite vigilant.

One curious thing I'm seeing is that it is saying that there is 22.2.019 updates for all of the Avid plugins but neither my.avid or Avid Link are showing updates.

I'm sure those updates are forthcoming but not yet released? I wonder where Macupdater is getting it's info from....

Someone who is beta testing the new bundle is using the app, that’s where they get it from. You can double click on the plugin name and check how many people are using each version. I think this app is absolutely stellar and time saving. I’ve been methodically reporting any mismatches and contacting devs to make sure it is a false positive. The guys at Macupdater have been super responsive and they've taken care of any false positives very quickly.

I can’t believe this thing is not really widespread among pro audio users.
