Transfer of Songs From G5 to Macbook Pro
Hello,
I need to take all my 10 tracks from my G5 Desktop into another Studio to re-do main vocals, i don't like re-doing to an mp3 track only. I was thinking of transferring all my tracks to my Macbook Pro Laptop. Can i transfer them via Firwire or USB between computers or do i have to stick to the usual memory stick transfer. Thanks Calum

You can start the G5 in "Fire Wire Target Mode" and transfer the session folder directly to the MB Pro with just a FW cable. Instructions are here:
