No DSP usage popup

Could someone tell me why the DSP usage is not available in version PT5. I'm having some trouble with Dverb and wanted to find out about the DSP usage, it's just greyed out. Is this intentional or is my Installation. If it's intentional then could digi please let me know when it will be available please
