Pro Tools doesn't recognize MBox Pro 3rd Gen

Hi,

I just bought a Mbox Pro 3rd Gen with Pro Tools 10, and, even thought in the driver / hardware configuration I can clearly see the hardware is detected, can see the meters moving when I play and even use the tuner, when I start Pro Tools 10 (or even 9) it sometimes says it doesn't find my device, and sometimes it open without problem, but when it opens I cannot record nor play anything, I add a track with the correct input and it just doesn't show anything in the meters when I press the record button.

I tried with another computer and it worked without any problem, but I would really need to make it work on my computer.
