the PROPER way to copy/save PT sessions?
o.k., i've got two external hard drives and i want to save/back up a session from one to the other. how do i do this CORRECTLY, without winding up w/a bunch of empty regions with missing audio on the duplicate session? very frustrating!

Quote:
select - save copy in... check/tick all the bits you want and which drive you want to save them to. hit return. everything that you can do in the session you save from, you will able to do in the saved version. try making a test session. import a few files and save a copy. use pro tools to do the saving if you're not sure about moving files about. hope it helps.
