PT 7.1cs7 MIDI Controller Problem

Since installing cs7 I have been getting glitches when recording MIDI. Pitch Bend, sustain pedal, etc. gag when recording MIDI, but play back properly. I haven't changed anything in my setup, which was working fine prior to installing cs7. MIDI still works fine on Logic, so I know my setup is cool. Please help.
