You will likely have to reinstall PT. When I first installed PT MP9 on my PC, I skipped the iLok install as I already had iLok installed for Antares and POD Farm. However, I couldn't start PT as the iLok support for PT was missing. I did a reinstall, including the iLok software and then PT started without problems.

It is tested for re-installation. Does not help.
Since I am already registered once PT9HD can not register again. And that's why I can not get licenses ILOK appear! I'll post a query AVID SUPPORT. However, thanks :)

Have you checked your account on the iLok site? May be a problem that the iLok site can correct?

This case is OK
AVID COMMENTS: I can see that your HD 9 bundle has been accidentally deleted. Normally we charge a license replacement fee in these cases, but I've replaced your bundle free of charge as a courtesy in this instance. This can be downloaded Best regards, Toby Avid Audio CSA
