Will they support PT 11?

They're brand new, so they should be expected to work through the next several versions.

Anybody know if Fast Duo is working with Maverick and or Yosemite? I'm not sure which OS I'll be using yet. Thanks!

Yes, it should work fine with Mavericks. The FT Duo is a class compliant device and does not need drivers downloaded to work with Macs.
