Default Group Not Record Enabling

Has any one else noticed this in PT 6.4. ?

I did not notice this in 6.4, but recntly, I instaled the CS Pcakage, and noticed that I can not record enable, in any of my groups. I can solo and mute bu not record enable.

Any one?
