PCIe interface

I just ordered this to replace my mBox 2 Pro that I was just using to receive and send stereo signals:

Does anybody know if I'll run into any snags for capturing and playing back 2 channels at a time on a Mac Pro using the AES and/or S/PDIF I/0's.
