Default Can\'t Download 6.2.2 -- page bounces back

I upgraded to Panther and now when I click on the 'final download page', after entering my info/ser#, it goes momentarily to the "you will begin downloading in a moment" page, then immediately bounces me back to the 'final download page' [titled "Pro Tools LE 6.2.2 Update -- Download Instructions", and in the square with the blue apple, "Download Pro Tools LE 6.2.2 Update for Mac OS X Systems".

What gives?

That's pretty funny...not.

I followed the initial wtf instructions on the FAQ at the top of the forums (trash prefs for DAE/PT6). No luck.

That's even funnier.

What browswer are you using? After you enter your registration information, you should get a page that says "Pro Tools LE 6.2.2 Update" with the 'blue apple' download about halfway down the page. Clicking that button should start your download - if yours is indeed bouncing you back, I would check to make sure you're using a compatible browser (IE or Safari, although I've heard of Safari having problems - works for me though). Also check and make sure you haven't disabled Javascript or other browser features - might make a difference. I just tried it with Safari on my machine running 10.3.2 and the download started fine.

Nope. I even got a call from Bruce at Digi, saying that this occasionally happens with folks in my config. I used the link he sent me and still nothing. I tried unblocking pop-up windows, opening my firewall, right clicking the blue apple and loading on another page. Nothing Zip. Zilch.

Same thing happened for me. If you just click the "Contact" link at the bottom left of this page, it is an e-mail link to the Digi Webmaster ...explain the problem, give your serial#, and he will e-mail you back with a direct download link
