S1 Custom Color Key commands Stopped Working

Hey gang. Need some ideas from everyone.

So for some reason today, one of my custom commands that I had programmed to be the /Alt color key on my S1 has stopped working. I had it set to open and close folder tracks. (shift+f). Now no matter what I do, or what color key I try to program with that key command, it will no work. It will not open or close the folder track. All the other commands are working fine. If I press shift+f on my keyboard, the folder track opens and closes properly.

Any ideas?

I've deleted preferences. I've restarted everything at least twice.

I'm on the latest eucon software.

Thoughts?

Remove and then re-add MC_Client and EuControl from macOS Privacy & Security > Accessibility

You can do a restart between the remove and then the re-add.

(I say this because this is a keyboard command vs a Eucon command which usually means the issue is macOS not listening to Eucontrol as a keyboard. And that is controlled by Accessibility needing to treat Eucontrol like a human interface device/keyboard)
