accidentally changing pre-roll post-roll

i use pre-roll 2 sec and post roll 999min as my default.


somehow in the process of editing i manage to accidentally change this setting, and i'm unaware how this happens.


can you help me?

perhaps this:

Option (Mac) or Alt (Win) + click with Selector before or after selection = Set and enable pre/post-roll time

There is a shortcut that I inadvertently hit that clears JUST The post roll.

need to find it, and stop doing it.
