$99 Atmos Suite license for perpetual license holders?

I can't seem to find this answer anywhere, but I've been a perpetual license holder since 2009 and we recently got bumped up to Pro Tools Studio.

I'm on 2022.5.0 and looking to buy the Atmos Production Suite which Avid claims you can buy for only $99 if you have a yearly PT Studio license.

Does that mean I have to buy it for the full $299 if I have a perpetual license with an active support plan?

I saw this too - No doubt though, this is most likely not an oversight as the push is for everyone to go subscription vs perpetual. Maybe with enough grumbling from perpetual license holders though, they will drop the price since they need to compete with Logic's $199 tag that comes with the renderer free.
I'd imagine in the near future a renderer integration will be coming which hopefully has a lower price tag for perpetual owners.

I thought that PT Studio was meant to include Atmos workflows? Or was that just a rugpull and license holders have to shell out for another license? This latest branding and licensing overhaul has been such a cluster.
