Default One for those MIDI Guru\'s - Midi Beat Clock

Is there a way to slave pt onto MIDI Beat CLock ? Or whatevre those oldskool drummachines are sending out?
Slaving those drummachines to pt runs smooth, but is the other way around possible?
I succefully slaved pt to MTC, LTC and even VITC but they have all time(-line) info in them.
Or is there away to convert the midi beat clock to MTC ?

Cheers
Bossi
