Error 2 or Error 11

greetings...I've been using Pro Tools for the past six months ago...and for the past four weeks or so, I've been experiencing some errors while trying to close a session...Pro Tools has gotten some serious air time these past four weeks. I'll work on a session extensively and shut down PT as usual. At times, it'll appear like the file is shutting down as usual...then a message from my Finder pops up telling me that it needs my attention. I'll click on the finder, and another pop-up appears stating Pro Tools unexpectedly quit due to error 2 or 11...those are the two I've encountered. Any thoughts?...I haven't installed a thing since the beginning! I have a G4/OS 9/Mix Plus/888/Glyph HD/Pro Tools 5. Beginning to get concerned, Dennis
