I have Waves Gold V5 and am trying to transfer from one computer to another. The folks at Waves refuse to help me with the authorizations, so I am guessing that you can not sell Waves V5 or possibly any Waves plugins to another party. They say to ignore the License Agreement that came with the product that describes transferring the license.
