In my avid link says I have PT12.2 but no license
I have had Pro Tools for many years and never check my avid account.
I logged in yesterday and it appears I have Pro Tools Academic 12.2 and under my license for my PT9. So I downloaded and it over wrote my PT11. I open up PT12 and says I have no license for PT12. How do I contact Avid to get this figured out? Or anyone else can help? I don't see any thing on my ilok for pt12 only pt 9-11. Thank you. |

Re: In my avid link says I have PT12.2 but no license
You most likely need to uninstall 12 and install whatever version you have a license for. But, before you do that, open iLok Manager and look in the "Available" section to make sure you don't have a license for 12 that you never activated.
