Error After installing 11.1.2 - Avid Pro Audio Community

Error After installing 11.1.2

I get the following error after installing 11.1.2. I previously had 11.0.2. Mac OS 10.8.4

After I launch PT the error comes up: "Can't create or open a database / Users/Shared/Pro Tools/Workspace.wksp"

Tried trashing the files and I get the same error. Any ideas?
