Transferred license not working issue..

Hello to everyone i hope someone will help me out .

after i bought Avid:' Space ' license ..from someone and he transferred it to my iLok account
i activated it as my other products on iLok 3Gn usb ..
and then downloaded the Space Plugin from Avid Manager ..
but when i start the Pro tools (12.7) its just not working:
" you don't have any licenses in your account, or none of the license there have activasion aviable "

On your iLok activation screen it asks to select a location - but there is nothing showing up there - it's as if it doesn't see your USB...?

You bought the older TL Space license.
