Is there any chance you could go to 7.4.2? Drumcore 3 is very cool, and will run on OSX 10.4. Lots of kits and samples. The grooves are played by some very hip drummers. Tempesta to Cameron to Alan White to Lonnie Wilson, just to name a few. Plus you can go audio (48k, 24bit) or midi, and can expand through drummer add on packs. I always get great sounding results.

Scroll down a bit, right side of the page, and you'll see qualified systems. If you contact their support, maybe it might run on 7.3? Either way, worth checking out.
