Key modifier to scroll inside MIDI track
Is there a keyboard modifier key that when pressed allows you to mousewheel scroll vertically inside a MIDI or instrument track?
It's such a PITA to use the teeny tiny arrows or click and drag inside the track (and end up instantly at the very top or bottom octave).

Page 24 of the shortcuts guide. I also seem to recall that "the claw" (Control-Opt-Cmd on Mac) might work.
