Default Avid Vocal Studio help!!!!

Ok, so I bought avid vocal studio. Nice mic and fancy software, but I cant upload a beat onto the software. It always says Integer error divide by zero, and i dont know how to fix it. can anyone help?

Hello, Are you trying to get the beat into Pro Tools by going to File/ import/ Audio to new tracks. Then you will want to navigate to the location where your beat is. That should bring it into Pro Tools without an issue.
What type of file are you importing? MP3? Wave file?
