eula files?

Hello,

I installed my Avid Artist Series Control, but have all these eula files on the drive where I store my Cubase projects. Will they be created for every Cubase project? Can I organize them in a file folder, or route them to another drive?

Thanks for your advice on what these eula files are, and how to manage them.

BTW: Very happy with the installation and the unit so far!
