Ilok says no license Avid says I do. Cant activate on ILOK {grayed out} on right click and cant drag and drop.

If the iLok icon is greyed out that means that your iLok key is not being recognized by your computer or not connected at all. Can you DM me your iLok id as well as the screenshot of your iLok license manager so I can check your account on my end?

Hello!

Yesterday I subscribed to Pro Tools Studio, the license appears in Avid Control but there´s nothing on my iLok account.

I don´t know what can I do to solve it.

Hi rodrigotavares,

I checked your account https://my.avid.com/products#MyProducts and I found that your license/s aren't activated yet. You may login to your iLok license manager and have the licenses activated either on your iLok key or iLok cloud.
