Default D-Command Faders and Electrical Building Issues

Hey all,
I have a 24-fader D-Command ED and the site where my room is in recently had a complete change in the electrical supply. I am not 100% what the change has been but I am pretty sure it is affecting my D-Command: "fighting" faders, one fader is not working, etc.

The change in the electrical supply created a noise (at about 8KHz) with my speakers. I got a 230v to 230v isolation transformer, thing which has ameliorated the issue a bit. I connected my D-Command straight to the isolation transformer, hoping that everything would work perfectly then. But the didn't. In fact, one of the channel name LEDS, in one of the channel strips goes black. I get different fighting faders and so on.

Any ideas how I might be able to fix this?
