Hey Carl, your comment did not get near the amount of recognition it deserved. 9 years later, thank you a ton for your advice. I'm going to implement what I can, because even in 2023, PT is not very helpful in this department—
—which leads me to a question. I'm understanding that you're also making MIDI playlists which keep track of their corresponding+grouped audio tracks. I've never known PT to be able to save MIDI playlists in a "Playlist View" of a MIDI track similar to how audio tracks have said view, I've only known to see those MIDI playlists as clips in the clip list (AKA not really playlists), so I don't see how it'd be a seamless transition to switch between takes looking for the right sections. Am I understanding your idea incorrectly? I don't think I am.
