upgrade to HD versions of plugins not Free?

upgrade to HD versions of plugins not Free?

I heard a riumour that the upgrade to HD versions of plugins (from Mix) is not Free

Does anyone know if that is true?

I have d2, d3, d-verb, amp-farm, drawmer, virus (i.e. the mixpack from 2 years ago)
