Default Spectralayers Pro 11 and ARA?
Hello All, I've just updated to PT's 2024.10 (Ultimate) and already had Spectralayers 11 Pro installed. Do I need to install the Spectralayers "GO" version to use it as an ARA plugin? How will that effect my "Pro" installation? I'm not currently seeing Spectralayers as an ARA option in PTs.

No, no need to install the Go version (Go is a free lite version if you don't have any Pro license).
You just need to update SpectraLayers to 11.0.40, it will install the new Pro Tools ARA plugin.

Thank you Robin! It is really great using SL directly in PT. Game changing.

My only concern is trusting PT and ARA. Are the issues solely with Melodyne?

I think, as with all the ARA integrations (especially the fresh off the shelf ones), commit/render is the best policy.
