Artist Mix displays useless

Hi,
I upgraded the EuCon system on my rusty Mac Pro yesterday because the rusty iPad 2 in the Dock stopped working.
I was very happy that the actual EuCon software works on my old Mac OS system. But ...
After this upgrade the displays of the Artist mix controller show nonsense only,
e.g. blocks or simply nothing. Is this a known issue? Is there anything I can do to get them back to work. A fader controller without the track names shown in the display seems a little useless.

Do they show yellow rectangles? If so this means they are connected to EuControl OK but probably EUCOIN isn't turned on in PT.

Yes Eddie, smaller and wider rectangles. I will try tomorrow. Seems funny as the Dock and the iPad work properly but you never know.

Hi Eddie,
there are rectangles sometimes, sometimes the OLEDs stay black but EuCon is checked in Pro Tools. I even tried to uncheck, close the window and then check again. It didn't help. When starting the Artist Mix all OLEDs light up and show the AVID logo. The Dock and the iPad work without a problem.
Firmware is the latest and there's not much I can do anymore. Do you have any idea?

Heres some help on what all this means. If the OLED shows Avid logos, it means they are not connected to EuControl (Drag it in on the Surfaces tab, if its not there you have a network problem). If they show rectangles, they are connected to EuControl but not PT(Turn on EUCON in PT), If they are blank (and the power is on) they are connected to EuControl and PT but have no tracks assigned. (Load a session, got ot the Assign tab and check there)

I know. My problem is: The Artist Mix is connected to PT as the faders work in conjunction with the Dock and the iPad BUT the displays of the Artist Mix stay black or get rectangles sometimes while connected and used with Pro Tools.
I'm using this Artist Mix for ten years now and never had that problem before.
Do you have any idea?
