Connected but faders and all gone...

Hi! I've been using Control with my iPad for a while without problems but today when I connect with to PT12, I have no faders or anything in the fader view, just an empty interface. It happened before but I would reboot my PC and that would do it. Now I've tried everything and Control connects to my workstation (Pro Tools 12PC written in green) but it's as if I had an empty session in PT. Any clues? Thanks!

Never mind, my mistake. I had trashed my preferences file for some other reason and Eucon wasn't enabled in Pro Tools anymore. Had to go back to Setup > Peripherals > Ethernet Controllers ans check the Enable EUCON box...

I have found that sometimes PT will "forget" the Eucon checkbox, and/or the enable Ethernet checkbox(she IS a finicky mistress), and I sometimes need to restart eucon before the iPad will actually connect(despite showing "connected" on the screen).
