The limit is 200 characters. Until the issue is fixed, you can do the following: type all what you want, but always copy text to clipboard (usual Ctrl+C) before leaving Notes field. In case notes are too large and get cut to 200 characters, you can always return to Notes and paste your text back for further editing.

thanks for the info, but copie and paste takes unnecessary time. When programming snapshots and writing down info, these are obstacles you don't want to deal with.

Last night i used preview mode during the show, something weird happend again. When i came back from preview mode to the actual state of the console, there was an audio glitch/ hick-up. so for demostration, i made a small recording with my phone today.


as you see, it's not every time, but it's seems random and it aint nice.

my showfile set up is:
Venue sc 48
48 channels
0 graphics
L-R+Mono
variabel group mode

software version still 3.0

I posted this before, some time ago Never had any response from Avid, and it is not listed as a bug here....... I guess Avid missed it? Sheldon?

Thanks for the demo. Can you possibly send a copy of the show file used in the demo to venuesupport(at)avid(dot)com and reference this DUC thread? This should make it much easier to reproduce and investigate.

I had this happening yesterday, one of my output cards in my stage48 weren't passing audio, reboot solved it.

Do you guys know if this is a known issue, or maby it´s the ao16 card that´s the problem ?

I had this happen to me yesterday. One of my ao16 in my stage48 stopped passing audio until reboot.

Any thoughts, software or hardware problem ?

Not a known issue AFAIK. Contact the support team and refer to this DUC post, and they can work with you to collect the support log files for further review.
