question about adding firewire capability to a PC
Hey everyone. i really need help with a short question here. My girlfriend is ready to get a laptop and she has a dell 4600 2.80ghz with 512mb of ram (i would obviously have to increase and this thing is pretty nice and shes ready to give it to me for recording only there is 4 usbs and NOOOOO firewires. Is there anything i can buy that i can hook up to this Dell 4600 and add firewires in anyway so i can use this for recording. Thanks for your time everyone. -Ron

Re: question about adding firewire capability to a PC
Check out the page on compatibility for a listing of a few approved PCMCIA firewire cards.
