Generating a Plugin Versions list/log?

I'm running PT 8 LE 8.0.5 on Win7 64 bit. I'm getting Runtime Errors from certain plugins and am trying to figure out how to produce a Plugin Versions list/log so that I can cross reference with the Compatibility Grid on the AVID site. Any help is greatly appreciated it!
