Payment Problems to Upgrade ProTools. I can´t change payment options

Hello,

I´m going to upgrade my ProTools Perpetual to ProTools Perpetual Studio, but when I´m going to pay, it doesn´t work. I go to change the payment options in my account and the page gives me this message:

"We are unable to process your request at this time. Apologies for the inconvenience. Please try again later."

I need to upgrade because I´m going to work in a 5.1 project, but I don´t know how. How can I change the payment method?

Please, can you help me?

I would recommend purchasing from an authorized dealer, like Sweetwater, Vintage King, or Thomas. They will provide pre and post sales support, make sure you get the right product, help with any authorization issues, and handle the payment swiftly and properly.

I did what you said and that was perfect. I bought it in an authorized dealer and Last ProTools was in my laptop working five minutes after. Thank you very much!!!
