Undo "Split into Mono" :

I am well into a session. I hit split into mono Thinking only 1 track would change. All tracks then Split into stereo mode. Is there any way to undo this ? It cannot be undone Under the edit sign. Can I simply delete all the stereo tracks leaving just the 1 mono Track? Or will this mess with all the effects already Laid down. A dumb mistake I agree, but really need help with this. I would really appreciate any advice That could point me in the right direction.

Running windows 11Home. 12 GB (11.8 unable) 64 bit O.S. x64 bit Processor.

I apologize for posting a thread I should have taken more time experimenting with. The problem has been solved. Since there was no automation on the stereo tracks added, I just deleted all of them And everything works fine. Again I regret posting something Prematurely.

The visual cues to look for might be in the following workflow:

Am I wanting to perform one action on one track?
Yes, select the track...

Does the track name look like the one or two or more around it?
YES, then more than one is selected.
If so, command-click, de-select, re-check it!


Does the track name stand out as the only one like it?
Yes, then you probably have one track selected.
If so, you can still select one beside, then re-select,
just in case there is another one selected somewhere.

This used to get me a lot, haha, I find plenty of my attention with PT is spent NOT doing things on purpose, not only doing them with intention.
