PT6 pricing per EM

Forgive me if this has been posted already...

I read in the new Electronic Musician magazine that PT6 will be $195.00 and $75.00 for an upgrade.

Question is, who is worthy of an upgrade. I'm guessing anyone who didn't just recently by a PT rig will pay the $195.

My guess would be, that if you're a registered owner of PT5, you can pay the upgrade price. That other $195 price hasn't been thrown around here before, but maybe it applies to people still running v4.x? Or maybe it's a TDM price? Anyway, anyone who recently bought PT will get a free upgrade, that has already been stated along with the $75 upgrade price for current owners.

I could be wrong, but I believe it's $195 for H/TDM and $75 for an LE upgrade. If you bought your system "not too long ago" it's probably free. But who knows how long "not too long ago" , is... [img]images/icons/tongue.gif[/img]

$75 is worth it to be able to stop switching OS systems everytime I use PT! This is getting old.
