Default License renewal question for SUPPORT

Avid


I originally subscribed to Artist. Recently, though, I paid to upgrade to Studio.

My renewal is coming up next month.

I just received an email stating that my Artist Subscription is coming up for renewal, but when I view my AVID account, it shows I have Studio.

So please confirm for me if I will be renewing at Studio level or not.

My AVID account email is NOT the email I have on these forums. Send me a message for the account.

I've just checked and there's only Pro Tools Intro inside the Avid Account your registered Email on the DUC have.

Can you PM me your iLok ID or Email where you registered your subscrpition?

I tried, but I get this:


tope d has chosen not to receive private messages or may not be allowed to receive private messages. Therefore you may not send your message to him/her.

If you are trying to send this message to multiple recipients, remove tope d from the recipient list and send the message again.

Got your info and Email and can confirm that you now have Pro Tools Studio which will renew on the 17th of November. I've started a webstore support case for you under case 04880145. The team will be in touch via Email. Check spam/junk incase you miss it. You should receive an Email within 24 to 48 hours.
