Eucon stability issue help

Hey everyone,

First post and apologize that this has probably been asked before. However having issues with Eucon staying connected while we are operating Protools. Seems it either connects then drops out right away or it connects works for a moment but the moment we do any editing it drops out again.

We are running protools studio to a 2015 IMac on OS12 with an I5 processor. Connecting to new iPad pros via avid control app.

Any insight would be much appreciated
