I am in serious pain, My system crashed and when I reloaded PTLE 6.4 it asked for my serial number.
I have every owners manual for every peice of equipment in my studio...Except that one getting started guide with the little stick-on serial number. Is tht available somewhere else I need it today.

Only by Contacting Customer Service and they usually don't work on weekends.

Did you ever register? Check your old Emails, if you registered your PTLE you have received a reply mail with the serial. That´s how I just DL:d my 7.1,the easiest way to find the serial was in my mailbox:

originalman , we just sent you an email with your authorization. (fortunately your registered DUC email matches the email in your product registration records, and you did register your PTLE 6.1 upgrade)

Since you purchased an upgrade from a Digi dealer, the authorization would have been included inside a white booklet, either a "What's New in Pro Tools 6.x" or "Upgrading to Pro Tools 6.x" booklet.

I always suggest that users write their newer serial number(s) inside the Getting Started Guide, since that is less likely to get misplaced than the smaller pamphlets.
