Anyone has issues with credit card update ?

This is ridiculous ! I have tried for last 2 months to update my credit card info - now my subscription is ended. If I click the update link, I am brought back to the ''Mu Products'' page. If I try to send email support for webstore, once I submit, I get: ''youu have reached this page because something went wrong with your request or the page that you are looking for cannot be found or has been moved.
Please choose from one of the links below to locate the information you are looking for.''

Hey come on ! I have wasted nearly hours on this. Tried 3 different browsers just in case, on 3 different computers...

Anyone else got that issue ? We're in 2017 soon ! Can't believe I need to go through a phone to waste another hour ?

My experience has been that anything to do with the Avid store is really messed up. I tried to update my Avid life support plan for several hours, with different browsers, and it would not process correctly.

I ended up going to Sweetwater which handled it swiftly and correctly. Inputting the update code into the Avid site for recognition was also buggy but eventually worked.

I have experienced the same. Was not abel to update my credit card info. This result in that my "Pro Tools Annual Upgrade Plan" expired. But I bought a new one (same price) and this is now valid.

When I log in to my account on Avid now, the first thing I see is:
Your credit card has expired: Update Credit card info for Pro Tools Annual Upgrade Plan (Renewable Annually)

I'm going through this too. You would think they would make this easy as pie, two clicks and you're done, fall-off-your-barstool easy. We are trying to give them money!

My issue is the renewal code. What is a renewal code? Where do I find that?
