How to open the midi editor at the current point in the time line?
When I open the midi editor (double click on a midi track) I would like it to open to the spot in the tune I am working on - where my cursor is in the timeline. It always open it at the beginning and I have to go hunt for the spot where I am.
Is there anyway to have the midi editor come up at the current playback point?

Re: How to open the midi editor at the current point in the time line?
Hey I know what you mean, that's a pain in the butt. It you have the midi editor open and use the selector tool instead of the grabber tool to select the spot on the region you want to go to in the edit window, it should take you there in the editor.

Re: How to open the midi editor at the current point in the time line?
Hey thanks for the tip. That's a much better way than going looking through the track.
Still would be nice if you you had a timeline already selected, then opened the midi editor and it was already at the right spot. Seems obvious.

Try pressing "Start + Equals (=)" instead of double clicking the MIDI clip.

MIDI Editor Window needs to be Target enabled.
