Default MC Mix on LEFT of MC Control?

So I have my Mix set up on the left but when it auto-populates the faders, it starts with the Control, so channels 1-4 are over on my right, then 5 and on, start at my Mix which is to the left. Just wondering if there's a setting to swap that? Not a real big deal because I can manually set up the faders, but still would like to know. Thanks!

Hmm, interesting.

I have 3 MC Mixes, and it seems to get them in the correct order, even tho' I don't remember having told it!

Maybe I power them on in sequence (left->right).

Maybe it uses "order" of the names, which are mcmix0, mcmix1, mcmix2.

Interesting, thanks. I'll explore that. There's no way it could know their relation to each other, unless it has super proximity sensors in there or something!
But I'll look into the other ideas, thanks.

NICE! Order of turning 'em on does the trick! Then I also noticed in the control panel, there's little up/down buttons where you can change the order. Great. Thanks

This is great news as I just got a Control to go with my Mix. It was driving me crazy Faders 1-4 were to the right and 5- 12 were on my left. I was going to send it back if There wasn't any way to correct this.

If you make the changes in the control panel does it save them? Or do you have to change it everytime you restart the controllers?

They should be saved. They've been saved on mine for over 3 months. Once in a while when my router goes kaput they will lose their order.
