Default Organizing Reason Presets

Has anybody invented a way to do this ? I mean, without having to recall and resave each single preset for each single synth/sampler in Reason (3), is there a fast and rational way to have a folder with ALL the (for example) Malstrom patches, another for NNXT, and so on ?
When you have a hundred refills navigating through them is a nightmare...
