New to PT: Advanced Trial doesn't have the Setup|Hardware menu item

Running Windows 10
PT 20.3 Ultimate Trial (yes, I said Advanced above)


I don't know if this is just a limitation in the trial version, but the Setup|Hardware menu item does not appear on my PC. I've activated the trial (20.3) but only have the standard Windows audio outputs, but it's not finding any of the other audio interfaces on my system (MOTU and Yamaha).

I have lots of DAW experience, but am new to PT and thinking about switching, but only if I can get through this process with my existing hardware.

Any help for a newbie would be appreciated.

It turns out the PC required multiple reboots before PT recognized the MOTU interface.
