Pt 12.6 licenses still missing
Guys, I have a current update plan for my PT12 perptual license, but as of today my ILOK account still has not been updated. I have the 12.6 installers in my Avid account and was hoping by now my Ilok account would be updated.
Hopefully someone can help here, since I don't have a support plan and don't think I should have pay a extra support fee to let them know they haven't updated my license. Problem resolved. Thanks Avid and DUC. Last edited by RonTB; 11-10-2016 at 06:38 PM. |

how did you fix this i've got the same issue, purchased pro tools 2 days ago and it shows up on the ilok website but not the manager

I have the same issue and it's getting to be quite the pain. 12.5.2 is too buggy and 12.6 can't be opened because I don't have the new asset, despite having a current update plan...

Same here, 'Pro Tools plan' is on my ilok but 'Pro Tools 12' is in my 'unavailable' licenses and i can't activate it. "you don't have any licenses in your account'.....

fwiw, I re-upped my Annual Plan 4 days ago and the ilok asset still hasn't shown up, so I think it probably just takes a few days. I've got a message in to Avid support, but we'll see.

If you have created an Avid account and registered your software, then just check the dropdown tabs under the My Products section of your account and download your installers from there. You should be able to bypass the manager if you have the proper licenses on your Ilok.

Looks like you have your iLok on one account, but deposited your licenses to another (which uses your email address). Please remove the iLok from the first account (right+click > Remove) and sync it to the account that uses your email address as the User ID, then activate the Pro Tools Subscription license to your iLok. If that doesn't help we can get a support case going to reference the specific accounts.

I re-upped earlier today and don't see the new asset anywhere. My experience with iLok-based purchases and updates elsewhere is that the asset is deposited immediately upon payment. I've only got a couple of days before this becomes a problem. Is there normally a delay with PT subscription updates?
