Compatible?
Hey, Are PT 5.1 LE files compatible with PT 8.0 LE?

PT8 should be able to open the older files. If you have a file open in PT8 and wish to transfer it back to the older system, make sure you choose File>Save Copy in> and select 5.x compatible. Or consolidate all the audio so the tracks can be imported into any DAW. BTW, if the old session was created using SD II audio files, it may not open on a Windows machine unless you enforce Mac/PC compatibility(which is automatic since version 7)..
